Hoteller nær The Encore

"They went out of their way to make sure our stay was amazing and will for sure be back for a longer stay"

"Perfect Bed and Breakfast pension located downtown Houston. Spacy, clean and very nice decorated rooms. Very welcoming personnel. "

"The room was very clean, the staff was just great and the breakfast was very good! The Parking was a little difficult, but it was very safe!"

"It's very dated. Long past It's prime. I was lucky enough to get a room on the 18th floor facing La Branch st. and had a very nice view. If your room faces the other direction you face the back walls of a very tall new building (see google maps street view). Only 3 elevators so there can be a short wait for one. Good to keep in mind if you're waiting for an uber. The breakfast was mediocre at best. "

"This is probably the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Typically, even in a $200 per night hotel the linens on the bed make me feel itchy. Not once did I feel itchy at this hotel."

"I stayed at The Westin because I had a work trip in downtown Houston. If you’re looking for something nearby the convention center, that’s quiet and has some good restaurants nearby, this hotel is amazing. Not only that, the king bedroom is spacious, great amenities with a spacious bathroom, a snooz white noise machine, and even an option to rent two monitors, a keyboard / mouse via Outpost. Truly an amazing experience as a business traveler. The staff at front desk were so helpful."

"Old place, but very large room. "

"It seemed that from front desk to the servers at the banquet.. to the server at the breakfast …. All had an attitude and were rather unhelpful and rude…. The valet guys were great … always respectful"

"There's nothing wrong with the hotel itself. The area it's in is just kind of dead. Not the hotel's fault. Taking an uber from here is easy. "

"Awesome place, best location at the heart of the downtown"

"The property was beautiful. Valet staff were always kind and welcoming. Front desk staff were very minimalist and unwelcoming, unfortunately almost dismissive. I acknowledge it’s an only hotel however did not expect the taps to ring at a high pitched rate whenever we ran the hot water. All in all the hotel was beautiful but the experience was ok at best."
