Breakfast was basic—more of a grab-and-go setup than a hot sit-down meal—but it did the job. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We’d definitely stay here again!"

Bed was lumpy compared to many other Marriott properties we've stayed at. Hotel is older but maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. "

"Continental breakfast was awesome- loved the crustless quiches! Hotel was clean, quiet and well maintained.
Pool was very small and a little murky, so if you’re looking to have a place for kids, this probably isn’t a good place!"

"The property is lovely. It is conveniently located to the University and lots of shops, but it is tucked away in a beautiful wooded area. I went for a walk and saw several deer. The bed was very comfortable and I loved the coffee delivery in the morning. Highly recommend. "

"Had a great Friday-Sunday stay. The entire hotel operation was “perfect” starting with checking in to a visit at the bar to breakfast in the restaurant and a dip in the pool. The entire property is well maintained, the indoor areas were spotless, the room was well appointed, the shower head was incredible and the bed/bedding were very comfortable. This is now our hotel of choice in Fayetteville, AR"

"Everyone we encountered was super helpful. The room was extremely clean- impressively so. The indoor pool was like our own private oasis. Also, the kitchenette in our room, for the price of the room- wow! Didn’t know such a thing existed. I just kept telling my family how impressed I was during our stay. Moving to the area soon so we will definitely stay again and when our family comes to visit, this will be their staying destination. Thanks for the clean, well appointed stay!! "

"This hotel is being renovated, but this did not impact our stay. Our room was beautifully updated and the construction did not interfere with services provided. Staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the facilities were clean. The location allows easy access to travel. We will stay here again when in Fayetteville!"
