Hi Eric, thank you for taking the time to leave us this review. We are disheartened to hear that the condo was in this condition upon your arrival as this is not reflective of our level of service. All our of linens are professionally laundered and freshly applied prior to guest checkin, but in this case, our Team must have missed the staining left after washing. We have reviewed this incident with our Team and stressed the importance of a thorough linen review prior to application. In regards to our communications, we certainly did not intend to disturb you during your stay. We have spent a great deal of time crafting our communications and have found that our current practices ensure our guests to have all necessary information for their stay and know that we are always readily available to assist. We do hope that we have another chance in the future to host you, as we would love to have you back!

Lara, thank you for your feedback. North Creek is an ideal complex for proximity to the Village and all the area has to offer in both summer and winter! We are pleased to hear you had a good experience, however, our goal for our guests’ experience is as close to excellent as possible! These homeowners are actually planning some renos and upgrades for the near future. We hope for the opportunity to welcome you back to Blue again for a future stay.

Dennis, thank you for sharing your feedback with us! We sincerely apologize for the disappointing experience you had due to the cleanliness of the shower and your troubles with check-in. Our guest coordinator was at the unit within minutes of the Contact Center informing us of your troubles. The TV issue was not brought up in any conversations during your stay, we would have been happy to help if that was brought to our attention. Our guest coordinator stopped by shortly after your check-out and the TV was working without any issues. We know this doesn’t make up for the frustrations you experienced, but we have addressed these concerns to our staff to ensure they are all fixed moving forward.
