Property was very close (10 min walk) to the village in blue mountain. Kitchen and fridge were perfect for a quick breakfast. Place was clean. We can’t wait to go back

Good afternoon, Richard: Thank you for your time in responding to the survey. We understand the anticipation when arriving that our guests are looking forward to checking in so that they may relax and enjoy their time at the resort no matter how long you have booked for. However, our standard check in time for our resort has always been 4:00pm and we do our best if the room is ready to check in our guests as soon as possible. Please note that we have in place a couple of options if you arrive early to use for your convenience and comfort while waiting. *We have available a Day Use key so that you may access the Lodge or Boat House lounge areas until your room is ready. *Also, there is our text messaging platform where you can give your mobile number and thereby the front desk can text you when your room is ready. Also, as per Hilton guidelines,10:00am is the standard time noted for departures as outlined in Expedia's booking process. We look forward to welcoming you and your loved ones again soon to Blue Mountain, a Hilton Grand Vacations Club. Happy Family Day weekend.

Customer service at the front desk was disappointing. Given the price point of almost 400 a night, some accommodation or understanding that a family with young kids needed slightly more time (less than 30mins) before checkout at 10am is reasonable. Given the number of rooms that needed cleaning the resulting extra 15mins definitely would not have impacted their operations. I guess in this instance it would have been easier to ask forgiveness than permission.

We understand that you called to see if a later time could be accommodated and it was explained to you that depending on the occupancy of the resort, our Front Desk has to assess if late check outs are possible. Our Front Desk Manager will take the time to thoroughly review your experience with the team and to reflect on how this affected your stay. Depending on the occupancy of the resort, the front desk has to assess if late check outs are possible.What we do have available for guests who would like to spend more time on the resort is called Day Use where our guests are given a key to the amenities and can use these to access the hot tubs, Boat House (guests lounge area) and Lodge great room with the main fireplace. They did not have sugar for coffee. Other than that it was a nice place to stay and amenities were were top notch.

Disappointed
Hilton hotels are my hotel of choice (even though they sometimes can be on the pricier side) because I feel as though they are consistently better than other hotel chains in terms of hotel quality, cleanliness and customer service. Unfortunately, this stay was disappointing for me. Although the hotel was beautiful and the room was clean, the customer service was definitely not what I have come to expect from Hiltons. During our 2-night stay, I asked the concierge for one extra pouch of coffee and a couple of creamers and offered to pick these up at the front desk to make it more convenient for them. Keep in mind that we were staying for 2 nights and were only provided with one pouch of coffee in the room (which we used on our first morning). This hotel does not offer room cleaning services during your stay (where these supplies are replenished) or a coffee station in the main lobby, so I don't think that this was an exorbitant request, especially considering I paid over $600 for this stay. The concierge flat out said no and advised me that the hotel does not provide additional coffee ("just the first cup is on the hotel"). I was incredibly shocked by this response - especially considering that this is a Hilton. Even a Motel 6 would provide additional coffee if requested. Very disappointing.

From the start the staff was kind and helpful, the property was well kept and had everything you needed. It really had a relaxing homey feel. I would definitely recommend this property.

I check in went very smoothly. Unfortunately my wife came down with a cold the first night we were there. By the second night I also came down with a cold. So, our 3 night booking health wise was a disaster (I know this shouldn't reflect on our stay) The only other thing I would like to mention is that our check out was not memorable. The person who checked us out was not very cordial. Did not ask how our stay was. Maybe he thrown off by the fact we were wearing masks.

The bed in our room needs to be replaced. It sagged terribly in the middle and we had very poor sleep for two nights. New firmer pillows are also a must.

No smoking on whole property was inconvenient, paid 450$ a night for a large balcony, cannot enjoy a smoke at end of day. Would go somewhere in village rather when I go back.

The location is perfect. The buildings are attractive looking and having a pool and hot tub is nice. Our room upon arrival was lacking in cleanliness due to a black ring around the toilet, empty moisturizing container and some coffee left in the carafe. After reaching out twice the moisturizer was replenished.

This location was beautiful, much more than your average hotel room. The room was spacious with a beautiful kitchenette and gas fireplace. The on-site amenities were also well maintained. Great location across from Blue Mountain. Would definitely book again.

Great spacious suite with all the amenities - we had the king suite upper level and was perfect. Large deck balcony with hammock and Muskoka chairs, full kitchen, gas fireplace in living room and two full bathrooms with showers plus a large tub. Easy and quick 5 min walk to the Village. 👌👌

Play All Day ruined our Stay.
Our stay was lovely. Unfortunately, we had a horrible experience for the day we had planned at Blue. We purchased Play All Day tickets. There were weather delays that made absolutely no sense. The Customer Service and staff were terrible, to the point to standing behind my 4 children, laughing and commenting "Thats another 30 minutes!" every time there was a VERY distance rumble of thunder, from a cloud moving AWAY from us. The kids were crying. It was my daughters birthday. Ll she could say was "I would just rather go home. This place is the worst." My husband and I fully agreed. The only bright spot was the place/room we stayed at. Service and stay was lovely.
