There is a real “ personal “ touch & the owners are so “ hands on”& this care filters down through all their Staff.
Alas, the weather was not in our favour, but the sun always shines inside the “ Inn on the Tay”!

"We have travelled the world but this was one of the best places that we have stayed at. The location was just perfect: Right next to Loch Tay and Tay river and beautiful hills on two sides. Kenmore village is just a few minutes leisurely walk over the bridge and it’s so beautiful and serene. This is one of the best places if you want to relax and get away from the hubbub of a city life.

"Beautiful and very tranquil location. The apartment was big but a bit outdated. When we arrived we were informed the restaurant was closed (it’s apparently closed twice a week) and all shops in the town closed. Nothing would open until 9am the next day and the hotel does not offer breakfast. Very surprised that an expensive hotel like this does not offer a better service. This was quite a problem for us (we have small kids), would have been great to know this in advance. That being said I could...

"Sjældent har vi oplevet så upersonlig en indtjekning på noget hotel, som vi oplevede her. Gæster skal føle sig velkommen, det var ikke det indtryk, vi fik.
På værelset havde vi masser af plads. Der var rent og sengene gode, men vi savnede noget ved indretningen og interiøret, der indikerede, hvor vi befandt os.
Super fin morgenmad, hvor servicen var imødekommende og effektiv.
Hotellet ligger i gåafstand fra stationen og lige i udkanten af centrum. Området stille og roligt."
