"The rooms were clean and well-maintained, but the a/c in my first assigned room did not work and I was moved to a different room on a different floor. No apologies from the staff for the inconvenience, and no offer of assistance in moving my things. Staff was only minimally helpful and offered just minimal accommodation and courtesy, a real difference from a different chain in a different city on the first leg of my trip.
