"The front desk was amazing!! We started out in a fantastic room but unfortunately due to some disturbances next to us, the hotel moved us at 11pm our first night. They tried to solve the issue first but had us moved within 15 minutes. We truly appreciated their help and level of customer service. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend them to people."

A lot of Holiday Inn Express are nice - this one could use an upgrade. "

"The rooms are clean and functional. The beds are relatively comfortable. There's nothing luxurious, but at the same time, the basics work well. The room included a sink, refrigerator, and microwave. The water pressure was good in the shower, and the towels were bigger and softer than some other budget hotels. For our purposes, the location was convenient and easy to get to. Check-in was a breeze."

"Check in on Friday at 1:30 am, that night it was impossible to sleep, hotel full people on the next’s floor up was loud and stomping, that continue thru the weekend, I complain the front desk and nothing got done. I don’t think I will use this hotel again. Not customer oriented."
