He organized all things with reasonable prices include guide or porter, trekking permit. Tims, accommodation etc. Also, he helped us to hire a car with driver for half-day to tour round surrounding area. As such, we could tour Pokhara in a short time. "Good place to stay for your safari vacation - nice and quiet.
The staff was overall friendly, but some off the staff were not so welcoming or good at giving information - maybe just shy. Like when we checked in, there was no "welcome" or small talk, and no info on breakfast time or that you had to leave your key to get the room cleaned. The service was very good, we got our breakfast and packed lunch in time and a ride to the bus stop when we were leaving.
Would stay here again if I ever go...
"Service was really bad after the guys at the hotel found out we booked our jungle safari at another place. The price at Gaida Lodge is 3 time as expensive as the other place we found in the city. The food was really average as well. We also did some hiking in Nepal and stayed at much better accommodation even though it was in the mountains. "The best things about this resort are the location and the staff. Sabrina on reception is always smiling and cheerful. She has "magic fingers" which repairs things.
