"The best hotel we have ever stayed in. Truly a 5* experience. All staff from Reception to Pool, Housekeeping, Beach attendant and Restaurant were so so nice and helpful. We loved our stay and cannot recommend the hotel enough. Everybody went out of their way to provide great service. "

"Very nice hotel away from the busy part of Nha Trang, which was perfect. Close to lots os local street food, private beach with sunbeds and they have en awesome pool on the top of the hotel."

"Everything was good. Staffs were very helpful and friendly. The bellman with blue uniforms very kindness, I just stayed outside to wait for someone under the Sun, he brought the umbrella to cover me. Very thankful! All staffs at the reception desk helped me alot since I stayed there almost 4 weeks, therefore, I felt like they are family. This is my second time stay at this hotel. I just don’t like a bit about the parking at night time, they close the garage earlier than last year, I had to call...

"Fint hotel, dog dårlig uddannet personale de forstår ikke en gang noget så simpelt som at vi bestilte vand (på engelsk) derudover ekstrem langsomt indtjekning og udtjekning var der skrevet en masse på regningen fra minibaren som ikke passede !"

"Great location but check-in was a nightmare. Took 1½ hour without any information. Cleaning was so and so. They let us run out of toiletpaper. Floor on breakfastrestaurant was always sticky. Very hard chairs on balcony. "

"We were very happy with the executive room with ocean view. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast could be better, not only less to choose from but also not as good as some lower rating hotels like Yasaka. Almost Same Vietnamese /Chinese dishes everyday, which westerners like me did not enjoy. There were white breads, butter, jam , pate and fried/cooked eggs made to your orders.
