" The hotel is well placed next to the Church and the railway station. We had a large family room in which you could create two separate spaces. We arrived on December 24th and had not made any plans, we were invited for Christmas dinner with the other residents and the staff and enjoyed a well prepared potluck. When my daughter and I got sick, the lady at the reception went to the pharmacy to find medication. I can only recommend this hotel, the staff is extremely kind."

"Super dejligt, nyt hotel. Meget hjælpsomme. Vi skulle med bus til Hanoi dagen efter klokken 15.30 og fik lov at beholde vores værelse på hotellet til klokken 15, hvilket var super rart. Ydermere arrangerede hotelle taxa på deres regning til busstoppestedet. Alt i alt en rigtig dejlig oplevelse"

"Chapa Farmstay er det perfekte ophold til folk der vil ud af det turistede Sapa og opleve området omkring Sapa på en anden måde. Det er det hyggeligste lille sted. Man får sin egen hytte med en altan, med udsigt til den flotteste natur. Det er ret isoleret. Men det gør absolut ingenting. Den utroligt søde værtsfamilie laver en lækker morgenmad og de laver også en fantastisk aftensmad der smager utroligt godt. De arrangerer samtidig trekkingture for en med en lokal guide. Man kan sagtens få...

"Absolutely exceptional - cannot criticise a single thing about this place, particularly given how good value it is. Everything is modern, new and clean, and very comfortable. Good location, just a short walk to the main tourist places. A special thank you goes to the manager Anna, who let me take a shower before my sleeper train after I’d checked out and had spent the day trekking. Extremely kind, and much appreciated."

"We stayed for 3 nights at Sapa Yen Hotel. The first night I can't sleep because of the loud banging from guests at the room above us. I messaged the property and the issue was resolved immediately. The hotel staffs are very accomodating, friendly and helpful. We had free breakfast and the breakfast is one we wouldn't miss everyday.
