"To hot in the room and no aircondition … noice from opening the windows .. to run down hotel and bad towels … will not stay again"

"Rent og pænt. Sødt og hjælpsomt personale. Central beliggenhed."

"There was a suite flat above a restaurant, and the smell of food could be felt throughout the unit and was annoying. During the day, the suite was like a steam sauna because it was all windows and above the roof. Despite two small air conditioners and a fan, it was unbearable. However, the view from the room was incredibly beautiful and tempting. There was no shampoo and the unit was full of insects coming from the lake because there was no fan and you had to keep the window open all the time....

"Skønt smukt sted i den gamle bydel med meget fin service!"

"Room was exceptional. Did not read that the rooftop pool was an extra charge in the amenities for hotel guests; it seemed to read as a charge for the general public to use the pool and the spa, the way it was worded. Hotel was one of the very best and the food excellent"

"always a pleasure to stay at my favorite swiss hotel. Internet is very bad and is difficult to use for business work"

"Helt i gennem godt, kunne godt have haft flere køkken redskaber. kort til tog station gode parkering forhold"

"Nice hotel i lækker gammel bygning."

"Hyggeligt sted helt ned til søen. Dejlig morgenmad og god seng. Gammelt men velholdt hotel og rent. Vi spise også i restauranten, god betjening. Terrassen v. restauranten var smuk."
