"Wonderful family owned property - the rooms are super clean and spacious, and the beds are super comfortable and firm. Owner and staff are so nice and friendly. Great restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance including the best mango sticky rice (k panich), and a cute coffee shop right downstairs. The staff was super friendly and the location is not far from Khaosan road if you wan't to party, but also close to the grand palace, the reclining budda and the flower market.
