"This is a road side motel located off the service road of 45. Facilities are in need of MAJOR repairs. Floors are filthy in the room, rust on everything metal, holes in the walls, peeling bathtubs.. The air conditioner rattled all night and the train runs directly behind the hotel, so there’s that to listen to early in the mornings. Very disappointed for the price I paid. "Our family was taking a cruise out of Galveston and this property is literally two blocks away from the cruise terminal so it was great to spend the previous night in old town Galveston very nice and then the next morning we just walked to our terminal for the cruise line, everyone was very helpful. "We arrived at the hotel and was told it was canceled. We didn't receive an email or any notification of the cancelation. We had nowhere else to go. They scrambled to find us a room but the only room available didn't have AC. It's the middle of summer in Texas. They did give us a discount on the room with no AC but it smelled like mold & stuff & extremely hot."
