INTERIOR



The property spreads its rooms across two floors connected by an internal staircase:



GROUND FLOOR



Features an entrance hall, living-dining room equipped with air conditioning and TV, alongside an independent kitchen fully equipped with a ceramic hob and main appliances. An office room is also located on this level. The sleeping area on this floor houses three bedrooms equipped with ceiling fans (without individual air conditioning):

- Master bedroom with a double bed, ceiling fan, and an en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower tray.

- A second bedroom fitted with a double bed and ceiling fan.

The property features a spacious enclosed/glazed terrace facing the pool area, equipped with an air conditioning unit, outdoor lounge set, dining table, built-in barbecue, auxiliary fridge, and washing machine. This area remains open to allow access for pool maintenance staff.



Regarding climate control, the villa features individual air conditioning units in the living-dining room and in the enclosed terrace. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans. Includes an iron.
