Welcome to Villa Bahia, a very exclusive villa in the tourist coastal town of Moraira in the center of the Costa Blanca. It enjoys an excellent location just 500 meters from the Punta Estrella Cove and the Pepe la Sal shopping center, where you can find several restaurants, bars and shops in its surroundings. Moraira is just a 5-minute drive away, where you can visit the stunning beaches of L’Ampola and El Portet, a wide variety of restaurants, bars, shops and various water sports. To enhance the experience even further, 2 km away we have an Ifach golf course and several tennis courts. Bahia offers parking for 3 cars, from which you can access a beautiful terrace around the private pool, with grass, sun beds, a covered barbecue with refrigerator and dishwasher, and another covered terrace with outdoor furniture, ideal for enjoying your vacation outdoors.

Villa Bahia is a holiday home built on two floors, connected by interior stairs and equipped with A/C in all rooms. The interior has a Mediterranean-style decoration with large spaces. On the ground floor, we find the living room, which forms the heart of the house and is equipped with Sat+TV. Continuing down the hallway, we find a small kitchen. We continue towards a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bedroom with a double bed sharing a bathroom with a shower. Further, we find two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, and a bathroom with a bathtub where is located also the washing machine.

Interior stairs go up to a spectacular apartment that includes a small living room with a kitchenette, a room with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. From there, we have access to a spacious terrace/balcony with views of the pool and garden. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful tropical and exotic garden. There is an outside shower next to the pool. Due to the excellent location, it is not essential to take the car every day, you can go everywhere on foot.
