Roads are maintained in the winter, but having a winter-capable vehicle is necessary.



Getting Around:

Guests can park in the driveway or garage.



Other Things to Note:

• This home has a firm maximum occupancy of 12 guests.

• Events, weddings, receptions, parties, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited.

• There can be lots of snow in winter; we highly recommend guests have a four-wheel-drive vehicle, winter driving experience, and winter tires.

• Air conditioning cools the upstairs only; the main level stays comfortable with passive cooling — we're happy to share our tips.

• The indoor fireplace may not be available during the summer season.

• The outdoor fire pit is wood-burning and may be unavailable when fire restrictions are in place.

• Exterior cameras are located above the garage and on the front door of the home, covering the driveway and entryway only. We respect and prioritize guest privacy.
