Please note that there will be a rental agreement sent after a confirmed booking. Guest is required to sign it in order to get property access.

For guests with no reviews / negative reviews / unverified profiles. please note we do require a $500 USD Refundable damage deposit to be paid. The refundable security deposit will be refunded after check-out (granted that there are no missing items, damages, etc. to our home after your stay).

We warmly welcome dogs to our home, and there is an additional pet fee of $300 per pet and that must be settled prior to check-in. We welcome well-behaved pets, but we ask all guests to follow these guidelines to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for everyone:

Pet Waste Policy

Outdoor Relief Only: Please ensure your pet relieves itself outside. Indoor accidents, including the use of potty pads, are not permitted.

Clean Up After Your Pet: Guests must promptly pick up and dispose of any pet waste.

Indoor Accidents & Fees: Any instance of your pet urinating or defecating indoors will be considered a violation of our house rules. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged immediately if an accident occurs.

We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our space clean and enjoyable for all guests. Thank you!

Additional fee for more than 6 guests is $25 per person/night.

Climb Stairs only to use the Second-floor bedroom and Game room in the basement.

This is an upscale kid-friendly location, you would find neighbors/kids/dogs strolling, walking, and riding a bike on a sidewalk so please be mindful and courteous.

Please note there are exterior security video cameras capable of recording when motion facing front, back, and side yard, and at the doorbell for the safety of the owner's belongings. There are noise level monitoring devices to comply with residential quiet hours. These do not record any sound.

Pool is private, unfenced, nonheated, and Open during warm months only~May-Sep

Please note that the pool may appear to have some discoloration on the walls. Rest assured, this is simply due to the paint and does not affect the cleanliness or safety of the pool in any way. It is serviced on a weekly basis with chemical and balancing pH. The pool will be renovated in Winter 2024.

No lifeguard at duty, use the swimming pool at your own risk.

Max cars 6 at any time and must not be on the street. Only Garage or driveway allowed

Quiet hours are strictly enforced with patrolling in place. Any complaints from neighbors may lead to instant eviction with no refund.

Please consider bringing your own bug spray if you are sensitive to bugs, They come despite the pest control depending upon the season.

There is a keyless entry to the home and a code will be provided to you after you book with us.
