Calarossa Seaview is the perfect place to relax surrounded by nature and is located within a quiet residence surrounded by greenery 10 minutes walk from the sea and a few kilometers from Palermo airport. From the house guests can admire the panorama of the beautiful coast of Terrasini.

The house is surrounded by a well-kept garden furnished with table, chairs and sofas, the perfetct place to relax in the cool. The entrance leads to the living area, furnished with a sofa and armchairs and a fireplace and equipped with an equipped kitchen, table and chairs for dining inside the house. On the same floor is a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a bathroom with shower. Some stairs lead to the floor below, where there is a twin bedroom, a bathroom with shower and an interior veranda.

On the other hand, guests looking to jump into the Sicilian history, shall visit the Municipal Museum and its historical remains. The closest beach is only 10 minutes walking from the house and within half an hour walking it is possible to reach many other spots (with rocks and sands beaches) to swim and enjoying seaside views. Terrasini's vivid town centre is full of bars, restaurants and shops and it is just 2 km far away from the house; bars and supermarkets can be reached on foot within 20 minutes.



Thanks to its location, Calarossa Seaview is a perfect place to visit the city of Palermo without giving up the chance to stay and enjoy the green and quiet atmosphere typical of a seaside place. Its location is also great to reach other beautiful gems, such as Scopello (30 minutes), Trapani and Erice (50 min), Segesta (40 min), to discover the astonishing western part of Sicily.
