"The staff were friendly but not very helpful. There were a lot of steps to our rooms and no one to help carry bags, this was very difficult. The room itself was very cool and we felt like royalty in our room. The grounds were immaculate and the castle, especially at night, was both eerie and beautiful at the same. We definitely enjoyed our short stay."
"The breakfast selection was very limited and you should go by car no easy to find public transportation. The room was so cold even though heater was working on highest level"
