"It was really nice, the room was a traditional one, and they had hotsprings both very very clean. An amazing experience. The staff also helped us book a taxi and were really nice."

There was also tons of space and great beds.Their bath and shower were well maintained and the campground was neat. It is a campground however, and you can only really be so clean, i did encounter more than a couple spiders inside my tent and dust was frequent, but for those who camp frequently thats quite normal."

"Incredibly friendly staff, when I asked about the nearest shops I was given a lift into the town and back, a very kind gesture after a long day cycling to the area. Food was excellent and the onsen was lovely, amazing views of Fuji as well. Thoroughly recommended. "

"House was dirty to include a bag in the sink with fruit flies under as soon as I moved it. Some black things in the bathtub. Mini oven was just dirty. Multiple other things but could have been better. I would highly recommend to get another fan because it was really hot. Last thing is finding it. It was dark out so I know it made it way harder but the map on the app and address and direction pamphlet all said different things. Took me an hour to find the place. I almost booked another hotel. "
