Hoteller nær Temple of Mentuhotep II

"The hotel is on the other side of the river, beware as most of the things in town are on the other side which takes about 25 minutes to get to. The airport is also about that distance also. There is not much around the hotel mostly houses and very few eating places, as I mentioned most of the things to do are on the other side of the river. The hotel is quite close to where the air balloons take off. there is also a few ruins around but not the famous ones. The hotel is in an old building, the...

"New Memnon Hotel er framragende. Fantastisk personale, rent og velholdt. Det er en oase af venlighed. "

"Room was clean and very well organised for you will need and make sure you read the description which was very thoughtful and helpful. Staff was excellent, breakfast was great and delicious, room decor really well put. Wi-Fi didn't work for us ,but that wasn't a problem, and because it's west side taxi/uber/indrive all will negotiate price higher. I would recommend book with hotel car for day it's well priced and will save you a lot of negotiations time :) at the end hotel deserve it's praise and...

"Hotel disastroso l unica nota positiva la cortesia e disponibilità del proprietario. "

"Staff was friendly and very resourceful. Location is excellent! It is about three blocks from the water taxi and very close to Valley of the Kings and Queens."

"Family-run hotel close to Valley of the Kings. The hotel offers meals and tours as well. Recomendable"

"Breakfast really delicious, everything your heart desires. The area is lovely and well maintained. Friendly staff regardless of status. Was just as nice as when I was there 41 years ago."

"Excellent hotel "

"Nedslidt flere steder og personale der ikke var trænet til 5 stjernet service"

"Vi elskede at bo her :-) Vi fik et kæmpe familieværelse, men det bedste er tagterrassen med pool og udsigt til Luxor. Her er skønt roligt midt i en bananplantage med køer i baghaven. Moses var den mest venlige og hjælpsomme vært. Han fik os i kontakt med Ebrahim, der sejlede os over Nilen, når vi ønskede det."

"My stay at the Nile Compound Hotel was amazing! The hotel is a garden oasis surrounded by the beautiful farmland of Luxor. I could not have picked a better place to stay. Mr Yousef and the rest of the staff were spectacular! Mr Yousef arranged my transportation to several sites and always made sure I was enjoying myself. The food, especially the breakfast, were always delicious and they even gave me a breakfast before my early morning flight back to Cairo. I am so glad I chose to stay at...

"Fantastic hotel, with great views over the Nile and amazing staff that went above and beyond to help with everything and anything. Restaurant great as well and everything was done easily with no stress or complication."

"this is a hole in the wall , definitely worth it to stay there, my room was clean , specious, good A/C , enough hot water , 8) Mahmoud was very kind and helpful, rest of the staff very friendly as well. perfect for a short stay, for a family or solo female travellers. 10 minutes walk distance to the public ferry that takes you to the East side of town, only $25 egyptian pounds per person, restaurants everywhere west East of the Nile river , walkable from this hotel. the road to get there is a...

"Staff were great. The hotel is falling apart. Evidently two of the owners passed away and the place seems to be struggling. Some of the public areas in the hotel look to be junk storage. The bed was rock hard, like sleeping on cardboard. The place is situated in an unpleasant part of the West side. Breakfast was fine. I’m sorry I can’t offer a kinder review. I cannot recommend this hotel."

"Let me start by saying that the garden and pool area straight on the Nile is really stunning and amazing to hang out in. The staff was always super nice and the breakfast has a great selection. Very fresh. But - the rooms on the street side are VERY noisy, hence I changed my room the atrium side after the first night. In the new room, the air condition did not work and I had to sleep with a wet towel over me for two nights to keep cool. Despite mentioning this, they did not fix the issue. Not...
