~We care about being outstanding members of the communities we live in. Please note that per our house rules and local city ordinance, occupancy limits and quiet hours are strictly enforced. Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all times and respect the rules of the community. In order to ensure a continued great experience for our guests and our neighbors, kindly note that any violation of these rules as well as complaints from neighbors and the County may result in a fine, forfeiture of security deposit and could lead to immediate eviction.
~Pool/jacuzzi heating will incur an additional charge. Pool heating not available from October thru March as temperatures are still to cold for a domestic heater to attempt to heat a large body of water. Jacuzzi heating available year round for an additional fee of $20 to heat water to 102 degrees and $10 per hour to maintain temperature, which you will have a remote to turn on and off to control cost. Pool/Spa cost is calculated is calculated by the amount of propane used to heat them.

Property is conveniently located in between the two main wine strips , Rancho California and Deportola rd. Allowing for only minutes to most Wineries!!
Estate is only 12 minutes from Old Town Temecula, Pechanga Casino, and the 15 minutes from the 15 freeway.
Guest & Occupancy Policy
To ensure a comfortable and well-managed stay, only registered guests are permitted on the property. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and present valid ID at check-in. Overnight occupancy is limited to 14 guests. We’re happy to allow up to 4 daytime visitors between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM with prior notice.
This home is designed for relaxed getaways. Loud celebrations, events, or large gatherings are not permitted. These guidelines are enforced in accordance with local regulations (Riverside County Ordinance 927.2). Any violations may result in the termination of your stay, forfeiture of your security deposit, and/or additional fees.
Noise & Quiet Hours
We kindly ask all guests to be mindful of our neighbors and adhere to local noise regulations. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with outdoor noise kept to a minimum at all times.
For compliance and community respect, the property is equipped with noise monitoring devices that measure decibel levels only (no audio is recorded). This is in accordance with Riverside County Ordinance No. 847 for all vacation rental properties in the area. Excessive noise or violations of local ordinances may result in a $1,500 fee and possible early termination of your stay.
Pool & Spa Heating
Pool and spa heating are available for an additional fee and charged based on propane usage. Pool heating requires a deposit to initiate heating. The cost will vary depending on the weather and your desired temperature. Typically guests spend around $250 to get the water to the low-mid 80’s. To maintain that temperature, it usually costs between $125-175 per day. For spa heating, you will have full control, using a remote to turn on & off the spa. It typically costs around $20 to get the water temperature to 100 degrees, and $7-10/HR to maintain that temperature. Deposit is not required.
Pets
We welcome small, hypoallergenic pets under 20 lbs. with prior approval. A $75 fee per pet applies. We kindly ask that pets are well cared for during your stay, and any additional cleaning or damages may incur extra charges.
Parking
Parking is limited to a maximum of 7 vehicles, all of which must be parked on-site. Street parking and oversized vehicles are not permitted.
No Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the home. Any evidence of smoking will result in a minimum $500 cleaning fee, along with any additional costs required to restore the property. Smoking outside is permitted in designated areas.
Check-Out List
We have a basic Check-Out list that is posted inside the home. Please follow instructions to ensure a smooth check-out. Failure to follow house rules—including unauthorized guests, parties, noise violations, or smoking—may result in fines, loss of deposit, or immediate removal without refund.
