Located just south of the San Miguel River, this vacation rental is ski-in/out only steps from Chair 7, providing access to the Town of Telluride and Mountain Village ski runs. The free Galloping Goose bus system has two stops near this home - the Goose stops every 20 minutes and makes a complete loop of the Town of Telluride, including a stop at the free gondola that transports you to Mountain Village. No matter what time of year you visit this charming mountain oasis, you'll find plenty of outdoor activities to challenge, entertain, and occupy you. Summer vacationers can spend hours in the mountains, exploring by foot, mountain bike, or horseback. Cool off with a rafting trip or by fishing on the San Miguel. Book this lodging for one of Telluride's many summer festivals, like the Telluride Bluegrass or Jazz Festival.

    The interior of this condo incorporates traditional cabin design elements with an elegant flair. Pitched ceilings, high windows, and light wood floors add a feeling of openness. Ascend the stairs to the top floor to find yourself in a large room with a gas fireplace and comfortable living room furniture that invites you to put your feet up and relax.     There's an open kitchen and a dining area. Cooking is a pleasure in the well-appointed kitchen, which features major appliances, including a gas stove. Smaller devices include a toaster, a slow cooker, a rice cooker, a blender, and a coffee maker. Clark's Market is a short walk from the condo for your grocery needs.

Amazing location!

This spot is perfect if you just need somewhere to sleep when visiting Telluride! The views are wonderful and the location is very walkable into town. Would love to come back during ski season and try that lift right outside! If you’re looking to spread out or have a group this might not be the right spot we had 2 adult couples stay and that was perfect :) anything more would have been tight.

Great Location and Garage Converted into Boot Room

The converted garage into a boot and ski storage room was fantastic. The side door led us right to the lift. Although it’s on the smaller side, the location and unit is one of the best ski options in Telluride.

Lovely location

Great location for a summer stay.Lots of trails for hiking. Short walk to grocery or downtown. Free gondola to Mountain Village and more trailheads close by as well. It was a bit warm on the 3rd floor of the chalet, but we spent very little time there, so it was manageable.

Easy walk to shops & restaurants, great views from living room and deck. Had all essentials needed for our stay. Good for two people, might be a little crowded with more. Bathrooms are small and there is limited room for luggage. Our only issue was a lack of hot showers for most our stay.

Truly ski in ski out

Location is perfect for a ski (both downhill and xcountry) vacation! Enjoyed walking to Clark Market and Wine Mine for provisions! It was an easy kitchen to navigate, glad there was salt and pepper! The chalet was cozy. Lotsa room for clothing to hang and put in drawers. The garage was a perfect place for skis, boots and ski clothes. Loved the convenience of having a washer and dryer… next time we can pack less!

If you are serious about skiing this is the place

SO convenient to the ski lift. Great warm storage for ski kit. Easy acces to town with free bus at the door. Walking distance to supermarket. Cosy, warm comfortable accom. 3rd bed access a bit awkward.( no issue for us only 2 beds needed). Position, position, position!!!

Great location

We had a great stay at this condo. It was perfectly located at the base of lift 7. There is no ac and we were there in summer so got a little hot during day and it was too hot to use the loft at night. The pictures make the place look a little bigger than it is but it was comfortable and clean. Kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. Telluride is a great place to be in summer and we loved our stay (in spite of the construction next door)!

We were a family of 4 and this space worked great for us, but it is relatively small and the loft space is very small. Our 14 year old son loved it, but I don’t think it would work well for an adult.

Perfect location

This place is a little gem. Perfect for the 2 of us. Right next to lift 7. Walked out garage door and on to the lift. It has everything you need. It is 3 stories so it has a lot of stairs. In floor heat so it is always super snug in the winter. Kitchen has everything you would need. The Galloping Goose stops just outside if you don’t want to walk. Downtown is easily walking distance and a grocery store is only 2 blocks away. The only thing I would recommend is putting some open shelves in the bathrooms. Bathrooms are the size of a closet and no place to put your personals. Bedrooms are also small. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice patio views but a few issues

The views from two patios (2nd and 3rd floor) were very private and had nice views of the mountains. The kitchen was clean and had a good selection of cooking apparel and full-size updated appliances. The beds were pretty comfy. We had a few issues that were disappointing considering the cost per night. 1. We were given the wrong keys but luckily didn’t get locked out. The lock box code was incorrect too. They did come the next morning to remake keys. 2. The hot tub was padlocked most of our stay. Never got a reason or response. 3. Dead bugs by bathroom lights and ceiling. I understand the area has had an issue with gnats this season, but still. 4. There are no closets or place to hang up clothes. Not a huge issue, but should mention in description. Bedrooms are quite small, so not a lot of room for suitcases and personal items.

Telluride was not notified about my car. I notified Vacasa received confirmation that the police would be correctly informed. They were not notified. I parked correctly in the appropriate location The police ticked me and Vacasa did not help or return my calls. I will not use Vacasa again.
