➤ Walking – The Cherohala Skyway Visitor Center, Charles Hall Museum, and a few local shops are within a 10–18 minute walk. Great for a relaxed stroll if you want to explore the immediate area without driving.
➤ Rideshare / Taxi – Rideshare apps are limited in Tellico Plains, but small local taxi services operate in the area. Best to plan ahead if you need a ride without your own vehicle.
➤ Motorcycle Travel – Tellico is a top destination for riders. The Skyway, River Road, Baby Falls, and Bald River Falls are all smooth, scenic routes perfect for two wheels. Covered motorcycle parking is available at the property.
➤ By Car – Driving is the easiest way to get around. Restaurants, grocery stores, and cafés are 3–5 minutes away, while major attractions like Bald River Falls and Indian Boundary Lake are 15–25 minutes by car.
➤ Cycling – Strong cyclists enjoy riding toward the Skyway and river areas, though routes can be steep and winding.

➤ Parking: Covered motorcycle parking available.

➤ Towels, starter toilet paper, and hand soap are provided. Please note that personal toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc.) are not provided. Please bring your own!

➤This is a pet-friendly property! We’re glad if you were able to bring your pet along, but please note we have a few additional rules:
•Please note that a $75 Pet fee will be applied per stay.
•Please disclose pets at the time of booking. All pets must be added to your reservation so the applicable pet fee can be applied.
•We are unable to host cats and breeds of dogs deemed aggressive, per our insurance policy.
•No more than TWO (2) animals
•We offer a large pet exercise and relief area, plus sanitized towels and a pet washing station for muddy adventurers.
•Pets are not allowed on furniture & please clean up after your pets.
•Do not leave your pet home alone unless crated

➤ No third-party bookings (must book under your own account).

➤ No parties, events, smoking, vaping, marijuana use, or open flames (candles, incense, sage).

➤ Quiet hours begin at 10:00 pm. Please keep noise to a minimum.

1. Cancellation Policy for Direct Booking Long-Term Reservations (30 days or more):
● For reservations of 30 days or longer, a separate cancellation policy applies:
● Guests will receive a full refund if they cancel at least 30 days before the scheduled check-in date.
● A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made between 14 and 29 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
● No refund will be provided for cancellations made 13 days or fewer before the scheduled check-in date.

2. Upon booking, you will receive a rental agreement/check-in form that you are required to sign and return before your arrival

3. If you are local and / or under the age of 23 please notify us before making your reservation

4. We will place a small deposit hold on your credit card 2 days before your arrival to cover any accidental property damage that may occur and it will be released after your check out. If we fail to capture your security deposit, your reservation will automatically be cancelled

*In case of Waivo insurance* We will charge a small, non-refundable damage waiver fee to cover any potential accidental property damage during your stay. This fee replaces the traditional security deposit.

5. We would like to inform you that for direct bookings, a 4% credit card fee will be applied to any cancellations and refunds and we will follow the platform`s cancellation policy

6. Guests acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm; please be respectful of the neighbors

7. No parties or events allowed

8. Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible

9. NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no `smoking` includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and `use of fire` includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed

10. There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time, violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund

11. Late check-out fee of $50 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 11:00 am. We`re sorry we have to charge this but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon checkout time and if they are unable to clean we still have to pay them

12. Guests who make reservations for over 30 days must sign our standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check-in (it will be provided before check-in)
