Eventhough we spoke different languages, we struggled through and she was good humoured at all times. The property is beautiful and quiet and the rooms are very clean and well appointed. "We where pleasantly surprised to realise that it was actually a 1000 year old castle, when we arrived. It was quite impressive and well managed. There was a wedding which added to the charm, without disturbing us. Our junior suite was huge, with royal decor and we felt like being the king and queen of world. The view from the room was amazing. Good food in the restaurant. We would love to come back."

"Ganske fin hotel og pool men interiøret kunne trænge til en opdatering. Store og rene værelser og normal udvalg til morgenmad. Det var også dejlig med gratis og sikker parkering til vores lejebil.
Sød og smilende rengøringspersonale, vi havde kun kontakt med øvrige personale, da vi tjekkede ind og ud.
Beliggenheden var knap så god, hvis vi ikke havde lejebil, så havde vi kedet os. Der er intet at lave i området og meget få restauranter.
Vi følte også lidt utryg ved at gå rundt om aftenen i området."

"It’s a great place to stay at e.g. having a bed. The people at the reception were extremely friendly and helpful. Helped us getting a bit earlier into our rooms, recommending an upgrade. Turned out to be not very costly and worth every penny. Don’t choose this place for the restaurant or bar. This was unfortunately below the standards of the amount of stars that this hotel has. So I can recommend it for the central location. Can be bit noisy at times, but it’s not too bad. We had a room facing the square and metro station. Sleep here. Eat and drink elsewhere. A bit of context to the bar and restaurant. Bar wasn’t opened or rather there were no staff present. Not very good drinks. Ordered a Negroni, being in Italy you should think that they could make you a proper one, which to my opinion was not the case. A bit pricey on the quality. The restaurant, where to start; service was not really that great. Not everything on the menu was available for either the food or the wine list. Breakfast was ok if you get there early. We got there 8:20 AM and there were almost nothing there. The scramble eggs, supposedly would be there in three minutes. Which was the standard answer, even when asking second time after my initial question 5 minutes before. Dinner was not a great experience. Nothing on the menu looks like anything that they are advertising on the screen in the lounge area. Neither the plating or presentation of the food is associating it with fine dining as they claim it is."
"We had a great stay. The hotel is right next to the main station, the rooms are spacious and clean with great beds and above all the staff are super kind and helpful with any request. The only small downside is the noice from the square, but it’s nothing that a good pair of earplugs can’t fix. "

The streets smell of piss and you will also see homeless people and illegal migrants hustling everywhere. It does not feel safe at night."
