"The reception desk was so helpful. We arrived late, and the front desk gentleman went to the kitchen to find out what was available for us to have for dinner. The following morning, we had an early flight, and he packed our breakfast for us to take on the plane. We had a shuttle to pick us up and drop us off. It was 2 girls and we felt completely safe. "

"On my last day in Guatemala I stayed here because of how close it was to the airport. The staff are so nice and welcoming. My flight was early in the morning the next day and they offer a free ride to the airport and there is free breakfast included and they packed my breakfast to go. the best hotel during my stay. it has AC and the food is so good "

Room was spacious and King size bed was comfy.
