Hotel i Tejar, San Juan

"Vi boede her i 4 dage og Helena og Milena er utroligt søde og opmærksomme på at hjælpe. Morgenmaden var fantastisk, noget nyt og spændende lokalt hver dag. Det er skønt og totalt afstressende at sidde i gyngestolene på den store terrasse og kigge på kolibrier i haven. Tak for 4 dejlige dage."

"Outstanding experience. We arrived in San Jose and wanted to catch our breath before our 3 hour drive the next day. Chayote Lodge was exceptional. Great view, very nice restaurant on property, comfortable beds and great sheets. Chayote, the canine greeter, is delightful. Lovely!"

"Et utrolig roligt hotel. Der er ingen forstyrrelser, bare fred og ro til at være sammen. Hjælpsomt personale, lækker mad. Et af vores to værelser havde et gardin der ikke fungerede og begge værelser blev øjeblikkeligt opgraderet. Området er fugtigt og det kan mærkes i værelserne, men kan bestemt anbefales. Fed biograf!"

"The location was beautiful. The rooms are VERY large. I was not aware that the room did not have a/c or fan (but I did not read the details, I just assumed it did because of the pricing) the weather was not super hot this day so it was ok, but on a warmer day it definetly needs it, also no TV at least in our room, the bathroom had some leaking in the shower. The beds and pillows were ok. Maybe we just assumed beacuse of the price that it would be a little more premium. But the experience was Ok...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our few days at La Vida Mountain Resort and Spa. We particularly enjoyed the evenings watching spectacular thunderstorms flashing in distant skies over other valleys while there was not a drop of rain where we were. The food was consistently very good and the staff always friendly and helpful. We would definitely return."

"Hotel var helt perfekt og med super værelser og pool. Tæt på vulkankrater Poás og San Jose. Restauranten var dog ikke noget værd."

"La Terraza was an absolute delight. The staff and owners couldn’t have been more friendly, more helpful, more accommodating. We stayed in the El Rio apartment. A bit more expensive than a regular room but, OMG, so worth it!! Its large, has a beautiful view from the terrace, full kitchen, beautifully decorated. The owners, Charles and Peter, were an absolute delight. We talked through the entire breakfast and Charles even joined us one day for breakfast. The staff was also delightful. Mauricio...

"Hermoso lugar, excelente servicio al Cliente"

"An absolutely great place and a fantastic host! I’d love to come back anytime! Thanks for everything."

"Nice, convenient and safe for transit sleep overs. Very good and efficient shuttle service to and from the airport. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Also nice breakfast. "

"Magical slice of heaven in the most beautiful place. Wonderful warm staff, amazing food and caring management. If you want to disconnect from the world and watch nature in peace and quiet, this is the place to be. Can’t wait to go back again! Special shoutout to Didier, Jose, Oskar, Christopher, you all are amazing! Thank you!"

"Dirty, dark, unsafe and insanely expensive, total waste of money and a terrible experience. "
