Villa Los Helechos har 200 m2 bygget, have, solarium, pool og grill. Stor overdækket terrasse med stor opholds- og spiseplads. Den 10 m lange pool har et spabadområde. Villaen har 3 soveværelser og 2 badeværelser, soveværelset er meget rummeligt, med eget badeværelse og udgang til terrassen. Køkkenet er fuldt udstyret og har privat Parkin. Det har wifi og udenlandske tv-kanaler.

Die Gastgeberin und ihre Mitarbeiterin vor Ort waren sehr freundlich und haben immer schnell und pragmatisch reagiert. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, geräumig und groß. Die Terrasse ist ebenfalls sehr groß und ruhig. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet.

Lovely host and beautiful villa. We have stayed before and hope to return next year. . We loved the pool, barbeque and the quality villa facilities. The villa is located on a quiet street and gets the sun all day. The location is good, shops and restaurants close by and the main square about 15minutes walk. The pool is cold by great for swimming.

The villa was in a great location with some lovely restaurants within a 10 minute walk. The villa itself was lovely and the pool area was nice. We loved the outdoor seating area and we had fantastic weather so we were able to sit outside. We didn’t have any issues but felt confident that I could approach either the owner or the cleaner if we needed too. If we had any complaints we just thought some of the kitchen equipment was lacking ie garlic press and is looking a bit tired now Although we had a clean, change of towels and bedding during our stay, it would have been nice to have a few cleaning fluids we could use during our stay.

Fabulous villa in a tranquil location.

We've just spent 10 days in this fabulous villa. The pictures don't do it justice - it's airy and spacious, with beautiful artworks in all the rooms. Clear instructions were sent for access arrangements, and Maritsa, who looks after the house, couldn't have been nicer, despite her not having much English and us not having much Spanish! She did a thorough clean halfway through our stay, including the pool, which had suffered in the high winds and rain the day before. Everything was spotless. The main bedroom is huge and has an ensuite bathroom with a good shower, and our friend was very happy with the second bedroom/bathroom. There is a third bedroom, but we weren't using it, so it was understandably locked. The kitchen was well stocked with glasses/plates/mugs/utensils - do be careful if you're tall, we hit our heads on the ceiling over the counter several times, but we got used to it! Don't be put off by the reviews that say you need a car - if you want to visit the rest of the island then yes, but otherwise there are numerous bars, restaurants, supermarkets and a tobacco/liquor store all within a 10-minute walk (and we walk slowly), and being further away from the main street meant that our stay was blissfully quiet. The only tiny niggle was the lack of clothes hanging space - there was only one wardrobe available and it was half-length, so I couldn’t hang up my dresses. But it's a very minor issue, and we would be delighted to stay here again, if the owners will have us!

Wohlfühl-Villa

Hier kann man entspannen. Eine toll ausgestattete Villa, perfekt bis ins kleinste Detail. Die Nähe zur Innenstadt (zu Fuß 10 Min.) mit vielen Geschäften, Restaurants und mehreren Stränden bietet viele Möglichkeiten. Check-In war äußerst komfortabel. Auch der Außenbereich mit den vielen bequemen Sitzmöbeln, dem Pool und der Grillbereich luden zum entspannen und verweilen ein. Die Villa ist ideal für 2 Pärchen, da genügend Platz und Privatsphäre in dem Haus gegeben ist. Mariza kam nach einer Woche und hat alles gereinigt die Betten frisch bezogen und die Handtücher gewechselt. Wir haben uns rund herum sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage in der Inselmitte ist ideal als Ausgangpunkt um die ganze Insel zu erkunden. Von hier aus ist alles in kurzen Wegen zu erreichen.Rundum ein gelungener Urlaub.

Lovely Villa and pool

We had a lovely relaxing stay at this beautiful villa, in particular the quality of the furnishings inside and outside. We made constant use of the pool and barbecue area and we did not need to eat out often. The pool is cold but that was not a problem for us, I love a 400m swim (40 lengths) after morning and evening runs 😁. Communication with the owner before and after was excellent. The only minor downside is the villa is 15/20 minutes walk from beaches and Square. We had a wonderful holiday and hope to be back soon.😁😁😁😁

Beautiful Villa

Beautiful villa which cannot be faulted. Immaculately presented and maintained. However the location requires a car it is 15 minutes walk to the nearest shops, which are in Playa Bastian and further to the bus stops, with not a great deal to see when you get to them. There a few bars and restaurants, a Pharmacy and a Supermarket. There are several properties very close by with dogs that barked constantly from early morning to evening. The view from the villa is the back of one hotel, the wasteland between the villa and this hotel and the derelict building across the road next to the front on another hotel. We appreciate that these elements are outside of the control of the owners of the villa but it's something to be aware of. The best restaurant we found was the Divine Indian and we wholeheartedly recommend it the food was excellent, service very good and they also do a delivery service. We went into Costa Teguise most nights, but a lot of the restaurants were closing at 9pm due to lack of customers which we found really strange as we have been many times before and never experienced this. Please try the the Red Lion in Costa Teguise which is run by Ellie and Simon who used to run Chispas in the Pueblo Marinaro for a great night.

Una casa de diez

La casa es una maravilla, pensada hasta el más mínimo detalle para brindar comodidad. Tiene luz a raudales, mucho espacio, una cocina de proporciones generosas, un salón acogedor, habitaciones grandes y bien ventiladas... y qué decir de la terraza, con sus distintos espacios y la piscina (tratada con sal, algo que no se especifica en la descripción, y que se agradece). Se respira tranquilidad y paz, se pueden dejar las ventanas abiertas de par en par por la noche y no se oye nada (algún coche a lo lejos, algún pajarito por la mañana y el murmullo de las palmeras mecidas por el viento). Lanzarote es una isla ventosa, pero la casa ha sido concebida para resguardar a sus habitantes del viento. No olvidaremos las cenas y veladas en esa espléndida terraza. Marifé y Maritza son excelentes anfitrionas, nos dejaron unos detalles a la llegada y se desvivieron para que nuestra estancia fuera lo más cómoda posible. Incluso instalaron una smart TV para que mis hijos pudieran ver Netflix (aunque pasaron más tiempo en la piscina que delante de la tele). La casa tiene sus años y eso se nota en algunos detalles, como la escasa presión de la ducha en el baño de la suite o la poca fuerza de los ventiladores de techo, que están pidiendo a gritos la jubilación, pero es verdad que había ventiladores de pie disponibles para refrescarnos en las noches más calurosas. En definitiva, una casa preciosa, muy cómoda y tranquila, en una ubicación ideal para conocer la isla.Repetiría sin dudarlo.¡Gracias!

Tolles Haus, schöner Pool, entspannter Urlaub

Es ist ein wunderschönes Haus mit großzügiger und schöner Aufteilung. Sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und liebevoll dekoriert, man merkt, dass dort jemand selbst gewohnt hat. Sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Terrasse lädt ein zum Entspannen ein und im Pool kann man wunderbar schwimmen. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und uns rundum wohlgefühlt.

Fantastic villa

This is a superb villa in a perfect location. Extremely private and quiet yet close to shops, restaurants, beach etc. I would recommend it to anyone. Communication with the owner and property manager could not have been better. They were very accommodating about us getting in at the start of the holiday and leaving at the end. All in all marvellous.

Relaxing Stay

Communication with the property owner was good and we were greeted by the Villa manager upon arrival . The Villa is authentic, full of character and located in a quiet neighbourhood. It was presented in a very clean condition. Some of the fixtures and decor are perhaps just about ready for some updates and maintenance however on the whole these were minor observations. There is a good choice of local restaurants, bars and shops and Costa Teguise centro is only a short walk away with its amenities and beautiful beach. We enjoyed a relaxing and comfortable stay thank you. Andrew R

Nice Villa. Quiet location.

Overall we had a lovely stay, the villa is spacious and well equiped. Dishwasher, oven, microwave (a little old and rusty ) washing machine, coffee maker, toaster etc. Large fridge/freezer. Lots of cultery and crockery provided but some flat bladed knives would have been good as there were only steak knives to use. A lovely gesture of water, wine and olives on arrival..thank you. We were able to check in early which was very good & much appreciated. The master suite was lovely, very comfortable bed & spacious. Pool towels are provided which is nice. Good BBQ area even though we did not use it. Comfortable lounge area & four sets of sliding patio doors throughout the villa made it a lovely open space. Two of the bedrooms were locked so we are not able to comment on them. There were a few areas that need attention. Some light bulbs did not work and need replacing. The second bathroom had mouldy and rusty areas and a cracked cistern cover on the toilet & cracked wall tiles. It is in need of an upgrade. The master bathroom was much better but could still do with updating. Both bathrooms were tired and really in need of replacement. If there had been more of us staying at the villa we would have all had to use the en-suite bathroom as we do not feel the second bathroom was in an acceptable condition. The pool was absolutly freezing !! We tried to use it but it was impossible as it was just too cold. We had hot days during our stay in March so it would have been nice if we had been able to use it. It is part of what you pay for so should be useable. Maritza, who looks after the villa, was very helpful & despite the language barrier we managed to communicate well. She came in half way through our stay , cleaned the villa, changed the bed and towels which was nice. She also cleaned the pool it was very dirty. The wooden sunbeds on the patio were very uncomfortable with very thin lounger cushions, these need to be replaced and one of the loungers had broken slats. Due to the areas that need attention we feel we could not recommend the villa to family and friends.

Great house great location

This is a lovely villa with all the facilities needed for a family stay. The walk into Costa Teguise was not too much (20) mins and there are X3 different beaches to choose from. Car is not a necessity as it's not too far from the airport.

Wow! Wow! Wow!

Where do we start! The most stunning villa! I cried when I went in. Absolutely gorgeous! Spotless! So well equipped! Just Wow!!! We swam in the pool everyday, had bbq’s, had all our meals outside. As much as we love Costa teguise. We always hurried back to the villa. We have already booked for next year. You will love this beautiful villa!
