We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

The property is located in Caleta del Sebo, the main village of La Graciosa, known for its whitewashed houses, sandy streets, fishing boats, and relaxed island atmosphere. Guests can enjoy local restaurants, cafés, small shops, and the harbour, where they can experience the traditional character of the island. The village is also a convenient starting point for walking and cycling routes around La Graciosa.

For a day at the beach, Playa Francesa is around 2 km from Caleta del Sebo and can be reached on foot, by bicycle, or by authorised taxi. Continuing along the southern coast leads to Playa de la Cocina and Montaña Amarilla, one of La Graciosa's most iconic volcanic landscapes, with beautiful turquoise waters and panoramic views.

The property is easily accessible by ferry from Órzola port in Lanzarote; ferries run regularly, and the crossing takes about 25–30 minutes to the port of Caleta del Sebo, which is just a short walk from the address.

The nearest airport is Lanzarote Airport (ACE), approximately a 33 km / ~3 h travel (including ferry) from the property.

For safety, there are exterior cameras (entrances). They do not record interiors or private areas, ensuring your total privacy.

You can enter the accommodation at any time after 15:00. Early check-in can only be arranged on request. If you need it, please send us an email.

Please remember to complete all outstanding payments, if any, as well as your online guest registration.

Please note that guest registration is compulsory for those over 14 years of age, and only when completed for all travellers, can access to the property be given.

In case you have paid for the entire booking in advance on your favourite booking platform, you will only need to finalise the online registration process.

We apply specific cleaning and disinfection protocols to ensure the full safety of our guests.

The cleaning of the property is carried out by professional cleaning staff.Our aim is to provide a high quality service.
