"As a female solo traveler, I had a wonderful and highly comfortable stay at Empress Select Apartments. The check-in process was incredibly smooth, and Tim was exceptionally helpful, kind, and genuinely welcoming, which immediately made me feel safe and at ease. The location is convenient and accessible for everyone. Whether you have a car, ride a scooter, or are traveling with an elderly parent, everything you need is within easy reach. The tram system is excellent for getting around. A huge...

"Amazing hotel staff so helpful and friendly. Restaurant staff work so hard and always smiling, very good with our children. Superb menu choices. Thanks also go to Jack (Jack of all trades). Always on the go ensuring any snags were resolved quickly. Great entertainment for adults and children. We will definitely be coming back next year. Thankyou so much. You have all been part in creating happy memories."

"Room was lovely. Very clean and very friendly staff. Perfect location for seeing the bigger Blackpool illuminations lights at the north end of Blackpool and still close to the trams for going into the town centre."

"Very poor standard hotel very very dated but staff are very good and helpful"

"Apartment was well equipped and clean . There was a little mix up for entry when we arrived but sorted quickly and they couldnt have been more helpful and apologetic . Would definately stay again "

"Old but gold"
