"Excellent place to stay! The host was absolutely wonderful—so kind, welcoming, and informative! On our first day, he gave us a map and shared some great recommendations for must-see places in the area. He was also very handsome and had such a lovely smile! 😊 The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay!"

"Great location with easy access to train station and Florence. The breakfast was well appointed and included meats, breads and fruits. Our room was spacious and quiet with elevator access."

"Perfect location for us, nice room, great view. Everyday they change the towels and the sheets. They don't have to... Save a bit of power and help the environment. "

"We had our elopement at this amazing hotel. Really lovely staff and concierge, made us feel like royals. The spa area is extraordinary and private. The suite is stunning with a jacuzzi and turkish steamroom. (Beautiful ceiling fresco in the bedroom). It's a neat boutique hotel with history back to 1860's. There's space for parking but it's not far from the centre, a short walking distance. "

"Good location but only 1 charging point for charging cell phone and that was in the bathroom . B&b but not wine opener and only 1 coffee pod per day ."

"Great service from the lady in the reception. Facilities are fine and clean, but only the most necessary. Area is quiet but close to everything "

"Excellent value and feels like a true hidden gem in Florence. It’s clean, updated, and very well managed, with a lot more charm and personality than a standard hotel. The rooms are comfortable and thoughtfully laid out, with good storage space, a small fridge, a desk, and a nicely renovated bathroom. Beds were comfortable, and despite being on a tram line, it was very quiet at night — we slept well and never heard other guests. The host and staff were friendly, relaxed, and very accommodating....

"Hotellet ligger tæt på togstationen og sporvogne. Fint værelse, god air condition, koldt køleskab, hyggelig morgenmadsbuffet, god service og imødekommende reception. "
