"Upon our arrival, which was three hours late due to a flight delay, the front desk staff was incredibly accommodating. However, when we got to our room, we found hair on the bathroom floor and a questionable brown smear on the towels. We returned to the front desk, and they promptly moved us to a different room, apologizing profusely for the oversight and even offering complimentary snacks for the trouble. "This property night one gave me a rash all over my chest and had to go get it checked out while on a business trip. Bugs and chemical burns on my body from this. Staff was extremely rude and wouldn’t give me a full refund and still charged me 150$ for the one night I stayed and had this incident"

"I couldn’t sleep the first night loud refrigerator and a/c they put in a new refrigerator the next day that helped, tv and phone didn’t work, they fixed that. We had 2 bath towels, really! The breakfast was one of the worse I’ve come across. And don’t get the rooms in the back of the property so weird. Lots of homeless hanging around the property on every corner and at Dennys next door. We ate at Dennys and it was cold food. I cook 1 server. Whole experience was sad"
