Gosh returning guests 2nd time in 4 years is wonderful to have you return to our Motel nice to have you back. Beds are the hardest thing to keep every guest happy with but all we can do is what is recommended perhaps a Super King might be a better answer for next time. Wonderful to host you and you never know were we met up in the future again

Hello thank you for you review and in reply our photos do show the Motel so if you though it a bit old the photos show all the rooms in detail. Car parking is what guests expect outside their apartments especially if its raining but your car could have been parked else where if you had asked if you needed more space outside your apartment. In NZ it is normal to often have 2 seperate taps in bathrooms and some of our Kitchen do have mixer taps but not all but this really isn't an issue. My suggestion is to look at what you are actually booking and not just the price point and make sure you are booking exactly what you need to suit your holiday the best for you. We do hope the Fiordland Area was kind to you and you took some amazing photo and got to see how amazing our part of NZ is. Thanks you for choosing to stay with us

Jo thank you for your review on the Motel and yes booking last minute the prices on other sites is always different to a long term booking sadly plus Te Anau is only a seasonal town so earning are harder for the 12 months of the year to cover costs. Book out longer on a holiday to get the cheaper prices We do hope you enjoyed the area and took away some great memories of Fiordland in NZ

In response to your review well perhaps you needed to double check what you book and check the photos before you make a booking as you booked our budget room with 2 single beds and this is exactly what you got perhaps spend a bit more money and you should have stayed in our lovely King Studio Apartments. All ground floor I do giggle when people ask for ground floor knowing they have not looked at our photos before making a booking. Thanks
