"Check in took 3 hours. When we got the room, the aircondition wasnt working, and the shower broken. I called reception 6 times, but they never sent anybody to fix it. The breakfast didnt have a variety of options. The buffet at the main restaurant costed 300 dirham pr. Person if you did not buy all inclusive. The other 2 restaurants were for special guests only, so we could not eat there, and we never got an explanation regarding what special guests where. Nice looking hotel, but terrible...

"Such a lovely place, literally felt like you're staying at a Museum. The location is great, the staff was so kind and accommodating, and the views from the rooftop were amazing. I honestly loved my stay here, and would definitely come back to Fes just to stay at this Riad. The place itself felt like you've taken a step back in time. Its clean, newly renovated, and beautiful. "This is an absolutely beautiful property with a lot of charm and exquisite details. The rooms are clean and comfortable with views of the gorgeous indoor atrium. Breakfast is delicious. And the property is located within walking distance of the shops (though it is a maze to walk through so you should get a guide). the staff is very friendly and helpful, though this is not a 24/7 type of place.
