When we got the room, the aircondition wasnt working, and the shower broken. I called reception 6 times, but they never sent anybody to fix it. The breakfast didnt have a variety of options. The buffet at the main restaurant costed 300 dirham pr. Person if you did not buy all inclusive. The other 2 restaurants were for special guests only, so we could not eat there, and we never got an explanation regarding what special guests where. Nice looking hotel, but terrible...
"Everything about this property has been meticulously designed (including the artful lighting to highlight every facet of the Riad). We stayed in the Royal suite and was throughly impressed by the room and accompanying service - every interaction was professional and polished. Dinner and breakfast was delicious. I would not only recommend this beautifully restored establishment, but also look forward to my return."
