It’s equipped for any season, with air conditioning and heating in every room. Two bedrooms feature a TV. There are two full bathrooms with shower gel and shampoo. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, oven, induction hob, toaster, and more. The building has an elevator for added convenience.



Casa Dolo offers 3 bedrooms and accommodates up to 6 guests. Enjoy air conditioning and heating in all rooms, automatic blinds and awnings, 2 bathrooms with showers and a bidet, smart TVs in 2 bedrooms, and high-speed fiber optic WiFi throughout. There’s a water dispenser for cold, hot, or room temperature water, a fully equipped kitchen, and a laundry area with washer and drying rack. The private covered terrace has a dining area for meals outdoors. An outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach.



You can use the entire apartment and shared areas, including the pool and your assigned parking space. Street parking is also available.



House rules: No smoking; if unavoidable, only on the terrace. No pets allowed, as the owner is allergic and stays in the property when not rented. No parties or events. Quiet hours from 12:00 am to 8:00 am. Maximum occupancy is 6 people (a baby does not count toward this limit). The fireplace is not for guest use. Check-in from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Upon departure: take out the trash, close blinds and awnings, and return all remotes (TV, A/C, awning, fan) to their original rooms.
