On the first floor: living/dining room (TV, Wi-Fi) opening onto a fully equipped kitchen; separate restroom with sink; laundry area; and a bedroom with a 160x200 bed and its own private bathroom. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms: 2 with a 160x200 bed and the other with 4 90x200 beds. Each bedroom has a beautiful private bathroom. There is a second restroom upstairs. Outside: Large, fenced-in yard (900 m²), parking spaces, a 25 m² terrace by the pool, outdoor furniture and a barbecue, a secure pool measuring 8 m by 3.5 m with a maximum depth of 1.40 m, and a children’s play structure. Sheets and towels included. Electricity billed based on meter readings from October through May. End-of-stay cleaning is optional.
