The Acacia Bay stairs are a few meters away and lead to the lake front. It`s a steep climb back to the house though!

A house manual is provided for any questions you may have like wi-fi password etc..
A team member is available throughout your stay.

There is an internal staircase between the floors.

Hot water is on gas so an endless supply.

**Please note parties/hens and stags or gatherings are strictly prohibited** We will not hesitate to evict guests without refund.

There is an external camera covering the driveway and front door.

Before check in, guest will be asked to choose between a refundable security deposit or a non refundable damage waiver. (portal link will be sent in the to guest after your booking is confirmed)
Strictly no parties or gatherings. If you would like visitors during your stay, please let us know. This way we won`t disturb you if we consider there to be extra guests at the property.
Only the maximum number of guests stated on the booking are permitted to stay.
If extra guests are found to be at the property they will be asked to leave.
Please do not ask if extra guests/children can stay on blow up mattresses the answer will always be `no`, for health and safety reasons.
Non compliance of the maximum number of guests or the no party rule may result in eviction without refund.
