It rained overnight very heavily and experienced a water leak in some areas, but Hotel staff was very prompt in responding to the situation. Checkout had a glitch with International credit cards, but managed with UPI payment options. One word of caution though, this place is not for the faint hearted people, its very stiff climb up the stairs to top...

"This hotel has spectacular views of the valley below. It is very clean. Super friendly staff who cater to your needs wonderfully. Our stay here is truly wonderful. Everything is in walking distance. Lake Dal is only a 3 minute walk down the road. A short walk in the opposite direction allows you to see the breathtaking views of the snow capped mountain range above. Restaurant and good food available in hotel. Don’t miss this wonderful location."

View from the rooftop restaurant is amazing as one can see the snow capped Dhauladhar range from the rooftop. On the other side, view of the valley from the restaurant is amazing. Food was fresh and delicious, though a little improvement is needed in service which I found to be a little slow.
