"Terrible experience. Staff was unhelpful. Requests were ignored. Ordering a gin and tonic at the bar meant 2 shots of gin in a glass since they ran out of tonic water. Had to ask for ice. Had to mix my own drinks. Drinks took over 60 minutes to be delivered. Any food off the menu took 2 hours to make. This was truly the worst hotel staff. Avoid at all costs."

"Small boutique hotel/guest house conveniently located on a quiet street near the UN, US Embassy, Village Market, and Karura Forest. The room was very clean and quiet and the staff were kind and helpful. I especially liked the food, which was all made to order. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe, comfortable place to stay in this part of Nairobi."

"Nice place "

"Beautiful place, nice rooms, good service. We stayed only for one night and surely liked this old-fashion-colonial-stile golf club. Breakfast was good as well as the dinner at the pool restaurant. Nice surroundings for f.ex. jogging, walking, biking. We played golf 18-holes which was definitely enjoyable. Only greens deserve a critic - need significant improvement."

"Refrigerador y aire acondicionado en mal estado."

"A beautiful gated property with lush green gardens. It didn't feel like you were in the city and was very quiet. The included breakfast is a la carte service. It's generous, and delicious but plan some extra time for breakfast as the food is freshly prepared for you. The rooms are spacious. The front desk was extremely helpful with assisting me with my touring arrangements while in Nairobi. A shout out to Lucy and Claire."

"near the main road"

"It served my purpose"

"Great for UN employees needing a good place to stay for a short period. Very safe neighborhood and very friendly staff."
