Enjoy a preferred location, steps from the village and lifts. Wheeler Peak is a beloved hiking spot in less than three miles. Less than 20 miles away, Taos offers a fun-filled day trip with museums, the iconic Taos Pueblo, and a vibrant downtown historic district.

Cathedral ceilings soar in the window-lined living room, where a wood-burning fireplace sits center stage. Settle in on the plush furniture and take in the mountain vistas or watch your favorite shows on the TV. Tap into your culinary side in the expansive chef's kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and ample counter space. Keep the chef company at the granite island, then serve delicious dishes at the table.

The condo has an ideal layout, with each sleeping space on a separate floor. The primary suite is tucked away on the ground floor. This peaceful space features an en suite bathroom. Upstairs, the loft is an inviting space with a bed and a reading nook.

Extra perks include complimentary WiFi and a coin-operated laundry facility.

This vacation rental does not have air-conditioning.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Very nice condo.

Everything was very nice except the electronic keypad didn’t work. I would suggest that any property managers change batteries on a regular basis. It was a pretty big inconvenience for us as members of our group were coming and going at different times.

Disgustingly dirty

Tried to tell management about how gross and dirty place was when we got there, but they never followed up. Location is great, but finding the place so dirty left a really bad taste in our mouths. Also a lot smaller than photos showed.

Great layout, great location

This condo was perfect for our family of two adults and two teenagers. The owners have used every bit of available space to comfortably furnish the living room area. The couches are comfy and the big armchair was a favorite. After a day on the slopes, having space for everyone to lounge is a must! The kitchen is well equipped. The proximity to Lift 1 was great. If you are someone who needs complete dark to sleep, I recommend bringing an eye mask. The bedroom on the ground floor was great - comfortable bed and a small, but nice en suite bathroom. The only drawback was the outside porch light (which I don't think can be turned off) that shined brightly through the night. The old-fashioned blinds on the large window were not sufficient to block out the light. But I slept fine with my eye mask on! Also, the windows in the loft do not have any coverings to block out the morning light. We would definitely book this condo again. It was wonderful!

Nice option in TSV

Our family stayed here in January 2022. The location is nice. The property is showing its age somewhat and it's certainly priced high, but the convenience of the location is hard to beat. Prepare to receive A LOT of communication in the form of emails and texts if you stay here... but, overall it was pretty easy to get in and out of this place for a nice weekend in TSV.

Great property and excellent location

Loved our stay at this condo. It had plenty of space for our group and was well equipped. I will definitely consider this place for our next visit to Taos Ski Valley this winter.

Lovely condo in Taos Ski Valley

This was a wonderful condo and we would stay again without a doubt. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Our only two comments are it really isn't ski-in-ski-out and it is advertised with a hot tub. However, the New Mexico COVID restrictions do not allow hot tubs to be used at this time. "Hot Tub" should be removed from the title of the listing or at a minimum it should be stated somewhere that the hot tub is temporarily closed. We are from Texas and this was a surprise to us. I have stayed at many places in Taos and would highly recommend this one. It was a lovely condo with great amenities and looked just like the pictures.

Great Vacation Rental

I've been to Taos three times. This was probably my favorite place to stay so far. We really enjoyed our stay here. Lots of room for the family to have their own space. It also had everything that you needed to feel as if you were home away from home. There were only two things that we did not like. 1)The house needed some more lighting. 2)The ski-in ski-out is a little bit of a stretch. That being said neither one of these would take it off of our list to visit again. This is a great place to stay for a good price.
