"I arrived from the airport to the hotel at 3AM! They had a room ready for me but the lights were off the shower didn’t have water and the air conditioning wasn’t working because. Of a power outage! They then moved me to another room that had all the same problems as the first room. I couldn’t sleep there it was 38 degrees Celsius in the room which is 100 Fahrenheit! "AC did not work and they couldn’t fix it. The water pressure was also extremely low which made it hard to shower and even flush the toilet. There was an awesome guy working 24/7 who was trying to solve all problems. Thumbs up to him. "
