"Honestly the most terribly hotel experience I have had for a long while! The service in the reception and bar was downright rude. They literally yelled at me and were visibly annoyed when I asked or ordered something. I’m not sure if it’s because I don’t speak French or they just all hate their jobs but people like this should work in the hospitality business. The breakfast was also so bad that I just took a coffee and an orange and left the rest. The hotel is cheap so I didn’t expect much but...

"Don’t be deterred by the location and its neighborhood. Once you enter the hotel, you will be met with welcoming traditional Moroccan setting and friendly staff. The room we had was very clean and spacious and has traditionally decoration. The hotel has a large balcony with tables to have tea or enjoy the views. It also has a dining room for dinner and breakfast if your stay includes meals. The only small thing if we have to pick one to critique is the shower. Our shower head sprays some water...
