"A great stop off if you ever need easy access to the motorway. Room was huge, comfy beds, quiet, excellent room service and super selection at the breakfast buffet. This is our second stay this year. We will no doubt return again. The only down side is that you do have to pay an additional fee for parking. "

"Truthfully it was excellent value for money, both checkin and room service staff were greet. I ended up booking an extra night and used it as a base for travel as close to motorway with no noise. Well done yo the staff once again. "

"We really really liked The Carpenters Arms, and we will definitely be back. We had a beautiful room, on the ground level, with a cosy vibe that reminded us of a summerhouse. Right outside our room we had a simi private space with a table and chairs. We just loved that. The staff were incredible and the food at the restaurant was great.

"The staff was very friendly but I have to admit the internet even at times when I could connect was so weak, I couldn’t even access my emails. The shower has a power saver machine on it but the problem is the hot water cycles from cold to warm to scalding and around and around so you constantly have to dip under and out. I can’t say the stay was worth the price."
