Ruskin is a quiet, residential neighborhood on the Little Manatee River and is best suited for guests seeking a relaxing, respectful retreat rather than a party or late-night event atmosphere. It is central to all the Gulf Coast Beaches (St Pete, Siesta Key, Clearwater & Anna Maria, and more) – a day at the beach makes a great day trip!

Guest access
ACCESS: As a guest, you can enjoy access to the entire home. This is a Single-story home, with 1 step to enter.

PARKING: This home can accommodate 1-2 cars in the driveway. Boat and boat trailer parking allowed on-site. Please contact the host for details if additional parking is needed.

SECURITY: Smart Lock Entry and 1 doorbell camera facing the front entrance. The camera is outward facing and does not look into interior space. The camera will continuously record video and sound while guests are in residence.

Other things to note
OPEN WATER: The home backs up to an open body of water. Families with children should be aware.

BOATS:
- Boats and any water crafts must be pre-approved to park on this property and/or the boat lift.
- Once approved, Guests are welcome to bring a boat and make use of the property’s private dock for easy water access
- Boats can be launched from either E.G. Simmons Park or the local ramp at Common Good Park (shallow areas outside of the channel). Both are within minutes of the house
- A boat trailer can be stored at the house during your stay.

ROUTINE: Please note that a basic Lawn Care service, including trimming and weeding, is regularly scheduled (and may occur during your stay) to ensure that the property is well-maintained for your enjoyment.

PROPANE: We provide one complimentary propane tank for the fire pit. If additional propane is needed, guests can exchange locally or we can arrange it for a small fee.

CHILD AMENITIES: 1 highchair, 1 pack n' play, and several family friendly games are provided for free.
