This listing is for the entire main single story house and two story house you see in the pictures; the two story building in the pictures has three separate one bedroom/bath separate private entrance apartments that all have their own kitchen and bathroom - a total of three separate spaces. The main house is a three bedroom, 2 bath 2100sf gem with hardwood floors and completely remodeled interior, with a huge 600 sf sunroom/living room just feet from the river. This house has a king and queen in the master, and three twin beds. Second Bedroom has a queen bed, and third has two full size beds.

The two story house next door has three apartments; the upstairs loft apartment has a king and a full bed, the second apartment has a queen, the third has a queen.
That allows 22 people to sleep on beds for all the units. For kids, there are four couches in the various units, and we have two queen air mattresses with provided linens. This could potentially accomodate a group of up to 25.

The entire one acre property is available for your use, with parking for up to twelve vehicles included.

The property manager is available if needed, and lives in a separate secluded area of the property that does not utilize any of the two houses or common areas, which are yours exclusively to use.


Out of Respect for Neighbors, Please keep noise to a normal conversation level outside after 10pm, and loud music indoors. Parties/Events with other than booking guests listed on the reservation are restricted due to the properties` location in a residential neighborhood.
