"Went during the winter June 2024..the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was decent and had enough options. "Let’s just say that this QT hotel is by far not my favourite QT hotel.. slightly dated and dirty with visible stains on the carpets and curtains.. plus other shortcomings such as missing vanity sets and loafers which is a given at all other 5 star hotels. On the plus side the hotels buffet restaurant serves beautiful food. However all in all service really needs improvement. It’s not enough just to be young and “good looking”."
