The space
The apartment is located in Playa Langosta, the most upscale neighborhood of the area. It features a cozy living room with a big flat TV, a dining room with fully equipped open plan kitchen, 2 comfortable terraces, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a laundry room (washing machine and dryer). The Master bedroom comes with a king-size bed, a nice jacuzzi, a walking closet, its private terrace and bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. The apartment has ceiling fans, A/C and sliding screen/mosquito screen doors in every room.

The condominium amenities include 24h security (with guards and cameras), indoor parking, elevator, 2 different pool areas, each with its own main swimming pool, a kids safe pool, a large jacuzzi and comfortable pergolas with BBQs, outdoor kitchen, TV, dining space, bathrooms and shower. All the guests have access to the 2 gyms at the ground floor and at the top floor, play room with a table tennis and panoramic rooftop lounge to enjoy the ocean view and watch the beautiful sunsets.
Guest access
The apartment is ideally located at the entrance of Playa Langosta, 5 mins driving/15 mins walking from Tamarindo center. There are several accesses to the beach, nice Italian restaurant right next to the condominium, the langosta beach club and restaurant 5 mins walking.
