The property features four bedrooms and four bathrooms, distributed across its three levels with large windows, terraces, and open spaces that connect the indoors with the outdoors. It can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests, offering spacious areas ideal for families or groups seeking to enjoy time together in a private and elegant setting.



The living room and kitchen share an open-concept design, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The main living area stands out for its warm, elegant style, with designer furniture, Costa Rican artwork, and decor that balances luxury and comfort. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, quartz countertops, and a large central island that invites guests to cook and gather, while the dining area and outdoor terrace are perfect for enjoying meals with a view of the pool and tropical landscape.



The private infinity pool is the heart of the house, designed for relaxation and family enjoyment. Each bedroom has been designed for rest and privacy. The primary bedroom features a king bed, an en-suite bathroom with double sinks, a spacious walk-in closet, and direct access to the terrace. One secondary bedroom is furnished with queen and twin beds, comfortably sleeping up to six guests—ideal for families or larger groups. Another bedroom includes a king bed, perfect for two more guests, offering a cozy and elegant space. The fourth bedroom functions as an independent studio with a queen bed, private kitchen, and full bathroom, ideal for guests seeking more autonomy during their stay. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, blackout curtains, Smart TVs, large closets, and handcrafted wooden details that add warmth and character.

With the beautiful town of Tamarindo as our patio we wanted to ensure everyone’s safety, we have installed four security cameras on the property. Two cameras monitor the backyard perimeter, one is positioned at the front corner of the house facing the front yard, and the fourth is located at the main entrance, covering the front door and garage area.

There is plenty to do in Tamarindo! From world-class surfing, diving, fishing, horseback riding, ATV tours, shopping, and dining, to day trips to the volcano and white-water rafting. We can provide quotes for private rental cars or transport to/from Liberia or San José International Airports at no extra charge.
