The staff was arrogant and rude from the beginning and to the end of our stay. The people in the room beside ours made very much noise. We called the reception 3 times but they didn't do anything. So awoid this hotel especially if you are foreigners.

7 timers forsinkelse ved check in!
Vi havde store forventninger, og blev ekstremt skuffede over dette hotel. Check in skulle være kl 15, men da vi ankom kl 16 fik vi at vide at vores værelse ikke var klart da de havde meget travlt grunden den israelske helligdag Pesach. De kunne ikke sige hvornår værelset var klar og vi måtte klage og brokke os adskillige gange. Vi endte med endelig at få vores værelse kl 21.30! Hotellet deler faciliteter (herunder pool og strandområde) med Oasis Beach hotel. Pool området er fuldt med råbende børn (selvom det burde være en børnefri zone) og strandområdet har ikke nok liggestole til alle gæsterne. Restauranterne serverer KUN buffet mad og selv små ønsker såsom smør til brødet om aftenen blev mødt med "only in the morning". Ekstremt skuffende, kaotisk, dårlig kundeservice all around. Hold jer væk!

Excellent stay
Returning guests. Welcomed warmly by Nuriel at the front desk and Hofit the guest relations manager took great care of us. Breakfast and dinner were delicious with plenty of choice. The spa pool and jacuzzi were excellent too.

The hotel is old and is in need of some TLC, however, for the most part our stay was awesome. This is mostly due to the people that work there. They are awesome and couldn't do enough to make sure our stay was awesome. Great location and atmosphere. The food was amazing and the restaurant staff, Mahmoud/the manager and Ruth Cohen were absolutely wonderful as well as the staff. The front desk personnel, including, Alona were so pleasant. I wish I could remember some more names to tell you about but they were awesome as well.

Détente alliant l’insolite au confort
Hôtel spacieux et agréable malgré bcp de touristes russes envahissants. Piscine très grande pour les amateurs de natation. Hall très accueillant. Chambre confortable (malgré une petite douche). Petit-déjeuner très copieux avec des mets/plats/produits savoureux et excellents. Large éventail de Possibilités de restauration. Personnel particulièrement aimable et serviable. Parking pratique dans le périmètre de l’hôtel. Juste en face de la plage sur la Mer Morte avec ses attraits. À deux pas du centre commercial.

Nice spa experience and close to the beach
We had a nice time here. Its a huge property with nice spa facilities. Staff let us use the spa until we could check in and we used facilities latebin our check-out day. Rooms need modernizing and could use a thoroigh cleaning. We didnt spend much time in the room so it was fine.

We booked 2 rooms for 3 people and when we checked the double room it was not up to par. We were very unhappy and Nuriel Oscar the check- in desk helped us so much and gave us a better room, which was the one that were expecting all along. Mr. Oscar was there for us any time we had an issue with anything, big or small and made us feel as very valued guests. His professionalism is unrivaled and is the best example of what Oasis Hotel strives for in Customer Service.

Das Fitnessstudio ist sehr alt und teilweise quietschen die Geräte, werden nicht unterhalten. Besonders unter unter den Geräten sieht es so aus, als ob der ganze Dreck jeweils darunter gekehrt wird. Beim Pool sind Schilder mit Rauchverbot ausgehängt, leider halten sich die Gäste überhaupt nicht daran und es wird auch nicht kontrolliert, was ich für die Nichtraucher sehr schade finde.

Great location, lovely pool
Great location across the road from the beach and overall good hotel. Room was clean and cool but fairly small. Breakfast was typical buffet - good choice but hot food was not hot. Pool area was lovely but was very busy and lot of people smoking. Manager came after someone complained and everyone hid their cigarettes and lit up again as soon as she was gone. Nice outside sitting areas, bar and lobby.

Ok I suppose.
Like most Dead Sea hotels they promise more than they actually deliver. Positively it’s a three minute walk to the sea and the outdoor pool was nice. On the other hand we had to park on rough ground that looks like a building site and mid afternoon they’d run out of towels. Food was ok but obviously kosher which really restricts what’s possible. To be fair though when we’ve stayed at the Dead Sea before it’s never been perfect.

Try smiling, it doesn't cost anything
It is probably a little unfair to rate the service in this hotel without considering that most people in Israel generally seem unhappy, however I stayed at 3 other hotels around the country and this was easily the worst.

Bem localizado mas muito fraco em tudo.
Hotel muito fraco, basicamente para idosos 65+, atendimento bem razoável, alguns atendentes mal falavam inglês, quartos antigos e tudo que era solicitado a recepcao tinha que ir buscar. Cafe da manha enorme, mas muito sem graça, tudo sem sabor.

死海やプールに入る際のタオルを借り放題で、死海の塩分濃度の屋内プールもあり、楽しめました。施設はかなり古いのですがこの辺り一体のホテルは皆古いようなので仕方ないかもしれません。

Easily beat expectations.
Great hotel. Everyone was happy with the food, fresh water pool., access to the dead sea (across the street), etc. The only thing you should be aware of is the promotional picture is the pa area -- you have to pay to access that area.
